Returns Policy

We want you to love every MiniModelz purchase. If something isn't right, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and in resaleable condition. Intimate apparel, sale items marked final sale, and customised products may not be eligible.

When in-app returns are available, you can request a return from your account:

• Log in to your MiniModelz account.
• Go to My Orders (/account/orders).
• On a delivered order, use Return Order to start a request.
• Track the status under My Returns (/account/returns).

In-app returns are not available yet. For help now, email contact@minimodelz.com with your order number.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method where applicable; COD orders may receive bank transfer or store credit.
